Technical Advisory: HS2LCD and HS2LCDRF keypads displaying incorrect messages.

On July 20, 2022 DSC Released a Technical Advisory that some of their HS2LCD and HS2LCDRF keypads were displaying incorrect programing messages / fields. Please see the advisory below and find out what to do if this is an issue you're experiencing.
To resolve this issue you will need to update the firmware for the Keypad. You will need a PCLINK-USB to acheive this and to update to DLS 5. See how to update your firmware here.
